Petitioner is entitled to have his pay fixed in the post of Assistant Professor as per the provision in Rule 28 A, KSR Part I as the conditions of service applicable to Government servants contained in the Kerala
Service Rules and the Kerala State and Subordinate Service Rules are made applicable to University employees.
